As a car carrying a family of six flipped off a Guangzhou highway seriously injuring three inside, 3-month-old Tongtong was found on a nearby patch of grass, launched from the passenger window and miraculously landing without a scratch on October 7.

A Guangdong man surnamed Deng was driving his family on the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway back from holiday in Hunan Province when he was forced off the road by a passing car into a roadside drainage ditch. Three people including Deng's wife, mother-in-law, and his 7-year-old daughter were reported with serious injuries, while the infant was found on the green a few meters from the wreck.

Upon seeing the accident, another driver stopped immediately to help them and called an ambulance. At the hospital, the lucky baby's aunt explained she was asleep carrying the baby in her arms when the accident occurred. The impact ripped Tongtong from her embrace and out the vehicle.

After a check up, doctors say that the infant made the amazing landing safe and sound.
