Hu Huakai, a third-year student at Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU) in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province shocks and amuses campus onlookers as he streaks on November 5 to protest the university's policy of cutting power supply and Internet connections to the dorms at 11 pm.

Hu, who was not disciplined, says that he wants to arouse other students to express themselves and think independently.

Despite his powerful protest, the school's power curfew remains unchanged.
