Festival: 1st Qingxigou Climbing Festival in Chongqing

The first annual Qingxigou Climbing Festival will kick off in Caijia township of Jiangjin District, in Chongqing on October 25.
The lush greenery covers the steep cliffs in the Qingxigou Scenic Area
Covering 52 square kilometers, Qingxigou Scenic Area is ideal for mountain climbers, Located in the southern part of Jiangjin township, this area has a manmade lake, drifting areas along the Sunxi River, waterfalls, stone forests, karst caves, Danxia red cliffs. Visitors can see many animals here, such as monkeys, deer, goats, and hares.
During the event there will be mountain climbing contests to let people know about the spectacular scenery in this area and promote the tourism development there.
